If you are not completely satisfied with your audio experience, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated Canadian support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or RMA documentation to the exterior of your package and drop it off at the designated courier location for transit to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
